Adult Breakaway Easter 2015 for young adults with physical or mild learning disabilities looking for an adventure holiday away with their mates.
"She comes home from Junior Camp feeling more content and happy that she can make friends on her own. She seems more resigned to the situation with her dad. I don't know if she mixed with others who have absent fathers and whether this helped but I am just so delighted that she really enjoyed herself."
Junior Camp summer 2015 for children of all abilities aged 8-10.
"Yes Josh really enjoyed his holiday with PHAB and hasn't stopped talking about it. He has already stated that he can't wait till next year. He's become more independent he has also realised how much he loves us."
Senior Camp summer 2015 for children of all abilities aged 11-13.
"Isobelle loves Birmingham PHAB Camps. I feel she has benefitted by the holiday by increasing her independence being able to realise she can do things socially she meets new people who she strikes up amazing bonds with and most importantly she never feels different from anyone else on a PHAB holiday."
Venture Camp summer 2015 for children of all abilities aged 14-16.
"It's hard for me to say what the holiday means to her as she is unable to tell me but I feel the whole holiday stood out for her, because she was able to experience going away without mom and dad being there, and she experienced things that she wouldn't have otherwise. The highlight for me was getting to read the dairy that the volunteer wrote for her to tell me what she had done, and she was such a very happy girl when she got off the coach. So lovely to see."
